Nathaniel Chalobah has said that he has been "really impressed" since completing his move to Burnley this summer.
The midfielder is on loan at Turf Moor from Chelsea until January, having completed the switch on transfer deadline day earlier this month.
The 19-year-old told the Lancashire Telegraph: "I was watching the game [against Chelsea] because I knew a move could be possible and I was really impressed.
"I thought the team worked together as a unit and they started off really well in the game. I spoke to [Danny Ings] a few times and he said they lost their shape for a few seconds but it's the next step and I thought they did really well.
"That's the whole philosophy at the club, I've noticed that in training in my first session. I'll try to pick that up, but [Ings is] a fantastic striker and I'm looking forward to playing with him."
Chalobah, who has loan spells at Nottingham Forest and Middlesbrough last season, has 19 caps for the England Under-21 side.
