Eden Hazard confident of Chelsea title win

Eden Hazard believes that Chelsea will make the most of their seven-point cushion at the top of the Premier League and clinch the title.

Eden Hazard is confident that Chelsea will make the most of their points advantage at the top of the Premier League and win the title.

Hazard opened the scoring at Stamford Bridge on Saturday as the Blues earned a hard-fought 2-1 win over Stoke City to restore their seven-point cushion at the summit.

With Jose Mourinho's side also boasting a game in hand - a visit to bottom-of-the-table Leicester City - the Belgian says that their destiny is in their own hands.

He told Chelsea TV: "We are confident. We are first in the league and we take game after game. We have the title in our hands. We want to bring the trophy to Stamford Bridge."

Chelsea make the short trip to Loftus Road next Sunday to face struggling Queens Park Rangers.
