Branislav Ivanovic: 'Chelsea can still improve'

Branislav Ivanovic insists that there is more to come from Chelsea following their impressive start to the new campaign.

Branislav Ivanovic has claimed that there is more to come from Chelsea following their impressive start to the season.

Jose Mourinho's side are unbeaten so far in the current campaign, and Ivanovic believes that the likes of summer signings Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas will continue to improve over the next few months.

"It is really amazing how quickly the new players have adapted," the Serbian defender told members of the media.

"You could see straight from the first day how they work, how well they do their jobs, and that it is normal for them to play this way.

"As this group stays together for a long time, we will get better and better - we will know each other's games."

Chelsea currently hold a five-point advantage at the top of the Premier League.
