Liverpool's Daniel Sturridge would celebrate scoring against Chelsea

Daniel Sturridge says that he will celebrate if he scores against his former club Chelsea at Anfield on Sunday.

Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge has admitted that he would celebrate should he score against his former club Chelsea on Sunday.

The England international is hopeful that he will recover from a hamstring injury in time to feature in the Premier League showdown at Anfield.

The 24-year-old left Chelsea for Merseyside in January last year after failing to secure a regular starting spot at Stamford Bridge.

"I would like to show respect to my former club but if I were to come on and score in the last minute I'm going to be on a mad one, aren't I?," the London Evening Standard quotes Sturridge as saying. "I don't know if I could control myself."

Liverpool need to earn seven points from their final three games in order to lift their first league title since 1990.
