Chelsea make two changes for Sunday's Premier League fixture against Bournemouth.

Chelsea have made two changes for Sunday's Premier League fixture against Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues head into their final contest of the campaign looking to record a fifth successive victory, which would guarantee a minimum of sixth position in the standings.

Head coach Mauricio Pochettino was aware he would need to make at least one alteration due to Mykhaylo Mudryk having to serve concussion protocols.

Pochettino has also opted to bring Malo Gusto out of the starting lineup, with Thiago Silva and Raheem Sterling taking their places.

Trevoh Chalobah switches to right-back, but Christopher Nkunku is only named on the substitutes' bench despite his goal against Brighton & Hove Albion earlier this week.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola has made five changes to the side that started the 2-1 defeat at home to Brentford.

Mark Travers, Adam Smith, Lloyd Kelly and Dango Ouattara all miss out for the Cherries, but the headline decision is Dominic Solanke dropping down to the substitutes' bench for the game at his former club.

Goalkeeper Neto returns between the sticks, with Max Aarons and Milos Kerkez - who is returning from suspension - being named in the full-back positions.

Marcus Tavernier is handed a recall in the final third, while Enes Unal makes just his second Premier League start of the campaign down the centre of the attack.

Chelsea: Petrovic; Chalobah, Silva, Badiashile, Cucurella; Caicedo, Gallagher, Palmer; Madueke, Jackson, Sterling

Subs: Bettinelli, Disasi, Colwill, Gilchrist, Gusto, Ugochukwu, Chukwuemeka, Casadei, Nkunku

Bournemouth: Neto; Aarons, Zabarnyi, Senesi, Kerkez; Christie, Cook; Semenyo, Kluivert, Tavernier; Unal

Subs: Travers, Kelly, Faivre, Solanke, Ouattara, Scott, Smith, Hill, Billing
