Team News: Chelsea unchanged for West Ham United clash

Jose Mourinho names an unchanged side for their Premier League clash against London rivals West Ham United at Upton Park.

Jose Mourinho has named an unchanged side for this afternoon's Premier League clash against London rivals West Ham United at Upton Park.

As the Blues look to secure back-to-back Premier League wins for the first time this season, the Portuguese has kept faith with the team which drew 0-0 with Dynamo Kiev in the Champions League in midweek.

Kurt Zouma continues to play at right-back with Branislav Ivanovic unfit and Baba Rahman only a substitute, with Gary Cahill and John Terry again the preferred combination in the centre of defence.

Eden Hazard is restored to the Premier League lineup after missing out last weekend, while Diego Costa continues in the lone striker role.

For the hosts there is just one change and it is an enforced one, as Mauro Zarate comes in to replace the on-loan Victor Moses, who is ineligible against his parent club.

Diafra Sakho continues in attack, meaning that Andy Carroll, Enner Valencia and Nikica Jelavic all have to make do with places on the bench.

West Ham United: Adrian; Jenkinson, Tomkins, Collins, Cresswell; Noble, Kouyate; Zarate, Payet, Lanzini; Sakho
Subs: Randolph, Carroll, Valencia, Obiang, Ogbonna, Jelavic, Antonio

Chelsea: Begovic; Zouma, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta; Ramires, Matic; Willian, Fabregas, Hazard; Diego Costa
Subs: Amelia, Baba Rahman, Mikel, Loftus-Cheek, Oscar, Traore, Falcao
