Barcelona have reportedly beaten Chelsea to the signing of Raphinha.
After scoring 11 goals in 35 league games last season to help Leeds United avoid relegation, the Brazilian has been the centre of transfer speculation throughout the summer.
Chelsea have agreed a fee with the Yorkshire club, but the 25-year-old is keen on a move to Barcelona, who have previously failed to match the offer put forward by the Premier League club
However, according to the Daily Mail, Barcelona have decided to offer Leeds the asking price, which would see the Catalan giants pay £55m up front with a further £8m in add-ons.
The latest development is set to result in Raphinha joining his preferred club after spending two years with Leeds.
The winger scored 17 goals in 67 appearances for the Yorkshire club.
