Chelsea to challenge Arsenal, Liverpool for Sporting Lisbon's William Carvalho?

Chelsea are reportedly ready to challenge a host of rival clubs for the services of Sporting Lisbon midfielder William Carvalho.

Chelsea have become the latest club to be linked with a bid for Sporting Lisbon midfielder William Carvalho.

The Blues are ready to rival fellow Premier League sides Arsenal and Liverpool for the 23-year-old, reports Tutto Mercato Web.

Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked with Carvalho, who was crowned player of the tournament as Portugal won the Under-21s European Championships last summer.

Carvalho has earned 13 caps for Portugal since breaking into the senior international team.
