RB Leipzig would reportedly want a fee of between £60m and £68.5m to allow Josko Gvardiol to leave the club during next summer's transfer window.
The 20-year-old has starred for Croatia at the 2022 World Cup, helping the European nation reach the last-16 stage of the competition, where they will take on Japan.
Gvardiol entered the tournament off the back of a strong start to the season for Leipzig, meanwhile, making 19 appearances in all competitions, scoring once.
The defender has played 13 times in the Bundesliga this term, while he also made four appearances in the group stage of the Champions League, helping his side keep two clean sheets.
Gvardiol made the move to Leipzig from Dinamo Zagreb in July 2021, and his current contract is due to run until June 2027, but there is currently a host of speculation surrounding his future.

Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are both believed to be keen to bring the centre-back to the Premier League next year.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Leipzig turned down a £43 offer from Chelsea over the summer, and the Bundesliga side have set an asking price of somewhere between £60m and £68.5m.
Gvardiol recently suggested that he would be open to making the move to Chelsea in the near future.
"About me and Chelsea? I don't know. You know what happened in the last few months. To be honest, I have no idea," he told The Athletic.
"My agent is taking care of this and we will see. Right now, I'm happy in Leipzig. I don't know, we will see - you never know. You know the stories and these things, but all I can say is that I'm happy in Leipzig and right now I'm going to stay there and perform for them.

"It's a big club of course and, who knows, maybe one day I will be there. It's really nice to see things like this, especially because there is [Mateo] Kovacic, so you never know. I talk with him."
However, the youngster also recently talked-up a potential switch to Real Madrid.
"Real Madrid is the biggest club in the world, so who knows. Maybe one day I can play there," the defender told Revelo.
"Real Madrid, there's no need [to learn about the club], I already know everything. I know it's the biggest club in the world and how important it is to be linked to such a team."
Gvardiol has made 65 appearances for his current side in all competitions, contributing three goals and four assists in the process.
