LA Galaxy hope to replace the outgoing David Beckham with Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard.

Los Angeles Galaxy are hoping to make a shock move for Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard.

The Chelsea midfielder is seen as a replacement for David Beckham, who is set for a move to Paris Saint-Germain, according the the Daily Mail.

However, it is thought that a significant bid would have to be tabled to lure the resurgent 33-year-old away from Stamford Bridge.

Lampard scored the winner for England in Saturday's 1-0 friendly win against Spain at Wembley Stadium.
