Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are showing an interest in West Ham United ace Declan Rice, according to a report.
The 19-year-old has become a central-midfield regular for the Hammers over the past two months, having come through the ranks as a centre-back.
Rice has eight Premier League appearances under his belt this season and has featured 35 times in all in the top flight since making his debut on the final day of the 2016-17 season.
West Ham have been unable to tie the three-cap Republic of Ireland international down to a new contract, however, with their latest offer of around £15,000 a week reportedly being knocked back in September.
The Daily Mail suggests that Chelsea and Spurs could capitalise on the uncertainty by making an approach next year.
Rice has previously spent time on the Blues' books, but he was released at the age of 14 and joined West Ham.
