West Ham United have reportedly agreed a deal with Chelsea for 19-year-old midfielder Pierre Ekwah, who scored in a trial game for the Hammers.
The teenager's contract at Stamford Bridge expires on July 1 and he is expected to move across London on a free transfer, after arriving at the Blues for £1.8m from Nantes in 2018.
Last summer Ekwah moved up the youth ranks and into Chelsea's Under-23 side, going on to score one goal in seven Premier League 2 appearances during his debut season at that level.
The Daily Mail reports that Ekwah will be announced as a West Ham player this week when this summer's transfer window officially opens on Wednesday.
The youngster was involved in an Under-23 game for the Hammers against Arsenal's youth side last month, and Ekwah managed to get onto the end of Andriy Yarmolenko's cross to score late in that game.
Ekwah is predominantly a defensive midfielder but can also operate at centre-back.
