Wigan Athletic chairman Dave Whelan has urged Latics winger Victor Moses to continue his football development at the DW Stadium.
Whelan confirmed on Tuesday that the club have rejected a third offer from Chelsea for the 21-year-old, and the former Blackburn Rovers defender has urged Moses to stay.
"If the lad had any brains he'd stay under Roberto [Martinez] for another year or so. Chelsea have made three bids and we've not accepted any," he told The Mirror.
Moses scored six goals for Wigan last season.
