Kenny Jackett unhappy with Wolverhampton Wanderers display

Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Kenny Jackett says that his players failed to adapt to the conditions in their defeat against Crawley Town.

Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Kenny Jackett has expressed his frustration with his side's performance in their 2-1 defeat to Crawley Town.

Wolves went ahead through James Henry in the 25th minute, but Billy Clarke and Matt Tubbs secured the win for the home side, and Jackett feels that Crawley were the better team.

"Crawley played the conditions much better than us and adapted to it much better and we didn't learn from it. I didn't think we adapted tonight," Jackett told the club's official website.

"We did get the crucial first goal as well which so often is the big one in a game. But both goals against us were poor from our point of view defensively.

"It was very hard for us to get our game going and it bypassed us I thought. It wasn't necessarily our worst performance of the season, but was a very disappointing result."

Wolves are top of League One, one point ahead of Brentford.
