Crystal Palace are reportedly on the verge of sealing a deal for Espanyol goalkeeper Diego Lopez.
The 36-year-old has represented the likes of Real Madrid and AC Milan during a well-travelled career, but currently plays his football for Espanyol in La Liga.
The former Spain international only joined Espanyol on a permanent deal from Milan in the summer, but looks to be on the move again as Palace attempt to bring him to the Premier League.
According to The Mirror, Palace boss Roy Hodgson has already held discussions with the experienced goalkeeper as he looks for a settled number one after rotating Julian Speroni and Wayne Hennessey since arriving at Selhurst Park.
Lopez won La Liga and the Champions League during two separate spells at Real Madrid.
