Andre Moritz moves to Indian Super League

Former Crystal Palace and Bolton midfielder Andre Moritz joins Freddie Ljungberg and Nicolas Anelka in signing for Indian Super League side Mumbai City.

Former Crystal Palace and Bolton Wanderers midfielder Andre Moritz has agreed a switch to Mumbai City in the Indian Super League.

The 28-year-old has most recently been playing for South Korean club Pohang Steelers, who have granted the Brazilian permission to join Peter Reid's Mumbai side on a loan basis.

Moritz will now link up with a squad that already includes former Arsenal players Freddie Ljungberg and Nicolas Anelka.

The new league gets underway later today, with Mumbai taking on Atletico de Kolkata.
