Former Chelsea striker Adrian Mutu bound for India?

Former Chelsea striker Adrian Mutu reportedly agrees a switch to Indian Super League side FC Pune City.

Adrian Mutu will reportedly become the latest footballer to join the Indian Super League.

The former Chelsea striker is thought to have been in talks with a number of clubs in recent weeks, but he has now settled on a move to FC Pune City, who are managed by World Cup winner Marco Materazzi.

Thirty-five-year-old Mutu will now head for India, where he will sign a contract with Pune, according to Sky Sports News.

A whole host of players have committed themselves to the competition, including Alessandro Del Piero, Nicolas Anelka, Robert Pires and Freddie Ljungberg.
