Crystal Palace midfielder Yohan Cabaye 'does not know' whether he will sign a new contract at Selhurst Park.

Crystal Palace midfielder Yohan Cabaye has admitted that he 'does not know' whether he will sign a new contract at Selhurst Park.

Cabaye, who played in 30 of Palace's 38 Premier League matches during the 2017-18 campaign, will see his current deal with the Eagles expire at the end of next month.

Palace boss Roy Hodgson is hopeful that the midfielder will decide to extend his contract with the club, although Cabaye is seemingly weighing up his options.

"I don't know what the future holds. It was a hard, tough season so I will have a chat with my agent, the club and the chairman," Cabaye told Palace's official website.

"I have no stress about my future. I've had three fantastic seasons here, I love the club and my life in London is perfect, so I will see.

"The fans are brilliant and I want to thank them once again. Since my first day here, they have been fantastic with me and I've tried to give them back their support.

"It's special to play here; the place is rocking every weekend, so us finishing 11th is for them. I hope the future can be even better for them."

The 32-year-old joined Palace from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2015.
