Earlier in the weekend, the Foxes announced that they had won the race to sign former Fulham man Bobby Decordova-Reid on a free transfer.

Cozier-Duberry found the net 13 times and registered five assists in 24 appearances for Arsenal's Under-21s last season and was an unused substitute in two first-team fixtures against Brentford in the EFL Cup and Sevilla in the Champions League.

The London-born attacker, who was named Premier League 2 Player of the Month for April, has also represented England at all age groups from Under-16s to Under-19s, making eight appearances for the latter.

Liverpool are currently being heavily linked with the England international, who joined Newcastle from Everton at the start of 2023, but the Reds could now face fierce competition for his signature.

According to Football Insider, Man City have joined the race for Gordon, with the Citizens keen to explore the finances surrounding a summer deal for the 23-year-old.

The report claims that Liverpool remain in discussions with Newcastle, but the Reds have thus far been put off by Newcastle's high demands for the former Everton forward.

Harry Maguire will reportedly have to leave Manchester United this summer if he wants to secure regular action during the 2024-25 campaign.

The England international was strongly linked with a move away from Old Trafford last summer, with West Ham United believed to have had an offer accepted for him.

However, Maguire decided to remain at Man United, and despite some injury issues, the centre-back made 31 appearances at club level last term.

The 31-year-old missed the end of the 2023-24 campaign due to a calf problem, which also ruled him out of Euro 2024, but he is expected to be back for pre-season training next week.

Meanwhile, a striker is also a priority for the Red Devils this summer, with the club determined to bring in support for Rasmus Hojlund during the current market.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, both De Ligt and Zirkzee have 'given the green light' to complete moves to Old Trafford.

Zirkzee has allegedly already come to an agreement with Man United over personal terms, but the structure of the deal between the two clubs needs to be finalised.

The forward has a €40m (£33.9m) release fee in his contract, and it remains to be seen whether the Red Devils will activate the buy-out clause, or attempt to negotiate a lower deal.
