Derby County manager Steve McClaren has described Patrick Bamford's late goal, which saw the Rams beat Sheffield Wednesday 1-0 on Tuesday evening, as 'sheer class'.
With the match heading for a goalless draw, Bamford, who is on loan from Chelsea, curled in a long-range shot.
"It was sheer quality and class to win what was a scrappy game. He can frustrate you and sometimes flits in and out of games, but he is a match-winner and that's what he was tonight," McClaren told Sky Sports News.
"He scores important goals, they're not just any goals. We're just delighted we have got him and we are very surprised how well he has done."
Bamford has five goals in six games for the club.
