The Football Association has hit lower-league managers Darren Ferguson and Warren Feeney with one-match touchline bans.
Both men admitted misconduct charges for "using abusive and/or insulting words towards a match official".
Ferguson will not be in the dugout for Doncaster Rovers' trip to Scunthorpe United tomorrow, while Feeney will be in the same situation when Newport County host Barnet.
The FA also announced this afternoon that both Carlisle United and Yeovil Town had been fined after their players failed to control themselves during last month's FA Cup tie on January 16.
