Nick Proschwitz scored a late goal to earn struggling Barnsley a 2-2 draw against Doncaster Rovers in their Championship meeting at the Keepmoat Stadium.
The hosts had chances to take the lead in the early stages, as first James Coppinger drilled wide of the post and then Abdoulaye Meite headed over from a corner.
Midway through the half Barnsley took the lead, as Proschwitz beat Sam Johnstone to the ball before slotting into the empty net.
Doncaster felt that they should have had a penalty soon after when James Husband went down in the box, but nothing was given.
Bongani Khumalo almost drew the hosts level, but he saw his diving header saved by Luke Steele.
In the final minute of the half the home side equalised. Steele clashed with Martin Cranie, and the loose ball dropped to Coppinger to slot home from close range.
Ten minutes into the second half Doncaster scored their second, as Coppinger saw his effort from the edge of the area take a deflection and find the back of the net.
With a minute of the game left to play, the visitors levelled the score, as Proschwitz turned in a cross from close range to earn his side a vital point.
