Frank Lampard may captain England against World champions Spain at Wembley on Saturday.

Frank Lampard is in line to captain England when they take on World champions Spain at Wembley on Saturday.

Depite being included in the squad, regular skipper John Terry may not be selected to start by manager Fabio Capello, according to The Telegraph.

Terry is currently under investigation by the Football Association and the Metropolitan Police over alleged racist comments he made to Queens Park Rangers defender Anton Ferdinand during a game last month.

Lampard scored the only goal in Chelsea'a 1-0 win against Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
