A hip injury may force Everton's Marouane Fellaini to miss his side's trip to Manchester United at the weekend.

Everton may have to make do without the services of leading goalscorer Marouane Fellaini for their trip to Manchester United on Sunday afternoon.

The 25-year-old has travelled to meet up with his Belgium teammates ahead of their friendly against Slovakia tomorrow night.

However, the attacking midfielder is believed to be suffering from a hip complaint which has all but ruled him out of the encounter in Bruges.

As a result, doubts have now been raised as to whether or not he will be fit enough to feature for the Toffees during their trip to Old Trafford.

He scored the only goal of the game when the two clubs met at Goodison Park on the opening day of the Premier League season.
