Everton are reportedly set to make an offer of £36m for Lille striker Rafael Leao as they look to strengthen their attacking options for the 2019-20 season.

Premier League side Everton reportedly remain interested in signing Lille striker Rafael Leao.

The 20-year-old Portuguese player arrived at the French club at the beginning of last season and netted eight goals from 24 appearances in Ligue 1 during his debut campaign.

Speculation linking Leao with a move to Goodison Park has been strong for some time, with the Daily Mail reporting that The Toffees could be set to offer £36m for the Portugal Under-21 international.

Everton have been linked with a number of forwards throughout the summer, with Atletico Madrid's Diego Costa and Juventus' Mario Mandzukic two of the players believed to be on their wanted list.

So far this summer, boss Marco Silva has added two midfielders to his squad in Fabian Delph and Andre Gomes as well as goalkeeper Jonas Lossl.
