A report claims that Everton have offered £55m and two players in exchange for Crystal Palace ace Wilfried Zaha.

Everton have reportedly made an improved player-plus-cash offer for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha.

The Toffees are believed to have had an opening offer of £55m turned down by their Premier League rivals.

Sky Sports News claims that Everton have returned with a second bid, however, made up of the same £55m up front payment, plus Cenk Tosun and James McCarthy in exchange.

Arsenal are no longer believed to be in the running for Zaha as they are on the brink of bringing in Nicolas Pepe from Lille.

The Ivory Coast international has admitted that he is keen on a move away from Selhurst Park, but only for a club playing at the top level of European football.

It has also been suggested that Zaha would prefer to stay in London if he is given the choice.
