Damien Johnson has departed Fleetwood Town by mutual consent after just 15 months at the club.
The 34-year-old, who began his career at Blackburn Rovers, has also played for Birmingham City, Plymouth Argyle and Huddersfield Town.
He made 23 appearances for Fleetwood but struggled for first-team football this season, with both parties now going their separate ways.
The experienced midfielder also made 56 appearances for Northern Ireland between 1999 and 2010.
