Fulham manager Felix Magath does not believe that he has a lack of knowledge about the Premier League as he has had plenty of interactions with English clubs in the past.
Magath admitted that his job would be easier if he had managed in England before but does not think the fact that he hasn't will affect his ability to keep Fulham in the Premier League.
"Sure it is a little bit better if you know all the players in the league," he said in his first press conference as Fulham manager. "[But] in the last year I have seen many games from England. At home we have television and there are English games.
"I see a lot of games and have played against English clubs. As a manager I have always met English teams [in Europe]. I don't know as much about the players as [people in England] but I think I know enough about the Premier League to succeed."
Bottom side Fulham take on 17th-placed West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns on Saturday.
