Ross McCormack: 'Huge belief in Fulham camp after comeback win'

Fulham striker Ross McCormack hails the 'huge belief' in the dressing room after seeing his side score four second-half goals to claim a 4-2 win over Reading.

Ross McCormack has claimed that Fulham will take plenty of belief from their comeback win over Reading.

The Cottagers scored four second-half goals at Craven Cottage to record a 4-2 victory and climb into the top half of the division.

Having now gone four games without defeat in the Championship, McCormack hopes that his side can push on and replicate the second-half showing over the full 90 minutes.

"We got the goal back at the right time," he told the club's official website. "Straight away we scored and that gave us the belief to push on. The first half wasn't good enough; they showed they were a good team and we probably gave them too much respect. We sat off. The gaffer told us in no uncertain terms at the break that it wasn't good enough.

"We needed to get after them and put them under pressure. Get in their face. Second half that was more like us and that's what we can do to anyone. It's easy for everyone to say why can't we do that all the time but we're a new team and we're still getting to know each other.

"But if we can produce performances like we did in the last 40 minutes on Saturday I daresay we'll win every game. We can take a huge amount of belief from the last 40 minutes. If we put a 90 minutes together like that then it will be unlucky for someone."

Fulham face Bristol City next Saturday before heading to Burnley a few days later.
