Marco Reus out of Germany's Euro 2016 qualifiers with toe injury

Marco Reus is ruled out of Germany's upcoming Euro 2016 qualifiers after suffering a toe injury in training.

Marco Reus will play no part in Germany's upcoming Euro 2016 qualifiers after he suffered a toe injury in training.

The Borussia Dortmund star has had an injury-stricken few years, having suffered ankle ligament damage twice in 2014.

Reus, who missed Germany's World Cup-winning campaign, has not played for his nation since September last year.

The 26-year-old started the Bundesliga season strongly by scoring two goals in three games, but his run has been halted with a fresh injury.

Germany will take on Poland on Friday before facing Scotland at Hampden Park three days later.
