Rangers extended their lead at the top of the Scottish Premier League with a 2-0 victory away at Hearts earlier today.

Substitute Nikica Jelavic made sure of the victory with virtually his first touch, volleying in Carlos Bocanegra's long ball with 16 minutes remaining.
