Half-Time Report: Huddersfield Town, Sheffield Wednesday remain level

Huddersfield Town and Sheffield Wednesday remain level after neither could open the scoring in the first half of their Championship match.

Huddersfield Town and Sheffield Wednesday have headed into half time level following a goalless first 45 minutes in their Championship clash this afternoon.

The visitors had the first chance of the day when Jacques Maghoma sped towards the Huddersfield box, but a mix-up between Gary Taylor-Fletcher and Stevie May prevented the latter from getting his shot away.

The Scottish international did manage a strike a few minutes later, cutting inside from the left, but his effort was easily blocked.

Grant Holt tried to find Harry Bunn just after the half-hour mark as the home side looked for an opening goal, but he could not test Keiren Westwood.

Huddersfield finished the half strongly, with Sean Scannell sending in a dangerous-looking cross, but none of his teammates could latch on to it.
