Hull City boss Steve Bruce feels that his side still need to work hard if they are to achieve promotion to the Premier League.

Hull City boss Steve Bruce has said that his side still have work to do if they are to achieve automatic promotion to the Premier League.

The Tigers strengthened their position in the top two with a 1-0 win over Charlton Athletic at the KC Stadium as Mohamed Gedo scored the only goal of the game.

Bruce told Sky Sports News: "It's all to play for. We've got ourselves in a wonderful position. I keep telling everyone we were 40-1 outsiders at the start of the season.

"We're not doing to badly for people who had us at that money."

Hull hold a three-point advantage over Watford in third place in the race for promotion to the top flight.
