Steve Bruce: 'All is still to play for'

Hull City boss Steve Bruce insists that all is still to play for in the Premier League, despite his side climbing up the table.

Hull City boss Steve Bruce has insisted that all is still to play for in the Premier League, despite seeing his side climb up the table with a 2-0 win over Sunderland.

January signings Shane Long and Nikica Jelavic both scored to give the Tigers all three points and lift them to 11th in the standings.

"We're four points off the bottom three but we are 10th," Bruce told reporters.

"It's quite a remarkable season. Usually at this time one or two are adrift.

"I keep saying you have to win 10 games and we've won seven now so it's still all to play for."

Hull face Southampton at home on Tuesday night.
