Hull City manager Steve Bruce will reportedly remain at the club despite failing to keep them in the Premier League.
The Tigers boss has met with the team's owners Assem and Ehab Allam and received a vote of confidence, according to The Mirror.
The club's hierarchy are said to view Bruce as the man to guide Hull back into the top flight, having previously brought them up in 2013.
However, the manager could have a player exodus on his hands ahead of the new season, with Nikica Jelavic, Abel Hernandez and Dame N'Doye all tipped to leave this summer.
Hull dropped into the Championship following their goalless draw with Manchester United on the final day of the season, a result that was rendered meaningless by Newcastle United's 2-0 win against West Ham United.
