Diego Milito: 'Inter Milan can beat Juventus'

Diego Milito believes that his former club Inter Milan will beat Juventus in their Serie A clash at San Siro to underline their title credentials.

Former Inter Milan striker Diego Milito has tipped his former club to beat Juventus in their Serie A match at San Siro this evening.

The Nerazzurri have been backed as potential title challengers after winning five of their opening seven league matches, while their opponents have struggled and have managed just two victories.

"I hope that Inter win and in my view that can do it," Milito told Corriere dello Sport. "They had a great start to the season and are fighting to win the Scudetto. I'll be watching from home and cheering on the Nerazzurri.

"They have signed great players, including experienced elements and talented youngsters. Joao Miranda and Jeison Murillo are so good in defence."

Inter are currently third in the Serie A table.
