Inter Milan manager Roberto Mancini has said that "nothing has changed" for his side following their 1-0 victory over Chievo this afternoon.
Mauro Icardi's goal ensured that the Nerazzurri continued their winning start to the season and stretched their lead at the top of the Serie A table.
"It's a nice sensation, but nothing has changed compared to a week ago. This was a very tough match in an arena where it'll be difficult for everyone," Mancini told Sky Sport Italia.
"It was very warm and felt like August, while Chievo are one of the form teams in Serie A at the moment. We found space once and scored.
"The new players are settling in and we are improving as time goes on. We are Inter, so we always have the responsibility to get results. We intended to spend this season near the top of the table and any other comment is premature."
Inter will return to action with a clash against Hellas Verona at the San Siro on Wednesday evening.
