Ipswich Town's Luke Chambers concedes that his side will be looking for revenge when they take on Blackpool.

Luke Chambers has conceded that Ipswich Town will be looking for revenge when they take on Blackpool at Portman Road this afternoon.

When the sides met at Bloomfield Road earlier in the season, the hosting Tangerines ran out 6-0 winners.

Despite admitting that Ipswich shouldn't "dwell" on that result, Chambers has admitted that they have found it hard to forget about it.

"In games like that you just see things falling to pieces around you. As a professional you get yourself into a position to go to places like Blackpool and come away with a result," the defender is quoted as saying by the East Anglian Daily Times.

"To get hurt as we did is something you don't forget and will always be with you. You shouldn't dwell on defeats but we went on a bad run after that so maybe we did. That game will definitely be in the back of my mind and we owe them one.

"We were probably the better team in the first half but conceded a sloppy goal then conceded out of nothing just before half-time and that took the wind out of our sails. If any of the boys in the dressing room have forgotten that, then I will be reminding them of it tomorrow afternoon."

The Tractor Boys go into the match 20th in the Championship table.
