Juventus's Kwadwo Asamoah wants Champions League success

Kwadwo Asamoah targets Champions League success with Juventus next season.

Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah hopes that the Italian club can progress further in Europe next season.

The Serie A club defended their league title last season, but were eliminated in the quarter-finals of the Champions League by eventual winners Bayern Munich.

"We are working hard in order to do well and get as far as possible in Serie A and in the Champions League, not to mention the Super Cup [against Lazio on August 18], which will be our first trophy to win," Asamoah told reporters at a press conference.

Juventus have signed strike duo Fernando Llorente and Carlos Tevez this summer.
