Half-Time Report: Brighton & Hove Albion, Leeds United level at the break

Chris Hughton's table-topping Brighton & Hove Albion side are level with Leeds United at half time, as Liam Cooper cancels out Solomon March's opener.

League leaders Brighton & Hove Albion have gone into half time on level terms with Leeds United after Solomon March's opener was cancelled out by Liam Cooper.

A through-ball from Israel midfielder Beram Kayal found the run of March, who fired across Marco Silvestri into the bottom corner.

Cooper responded for Uwe Rosler's side with a 23rd-minute glancing header from Alex Mowatt's free kick.

Mowatt went close to recording a second set-piece assist as another delivery found the head of Chris Wood, who could only head wide.

The English midfielder then attempted to get himself on the scoresheet but David Stockdale was able to gather the effort.

Seagulls captain Gordon Greer was forced off through injury just before the interval, with Uwe Hunemeier replacing the Scotsman.
