Leeds United are reportedly considering a move to bring defender Ian Harte back to Elland Road.

Leeds United are reportedly weighing up a move to bring Ian Harte back to the club.

The 35-year-old defender, who played for the Yorkshire outfit between 1996 and 2004, is expected to leave current club Reading when his contract runs out in the summer.

According to Sky Sports News, Leeds boss Brian McDermott is thought to be considering a move to re-sign the former Republic of Ireland international.

Harte joined Reading from Carlisle United in August 2010.
