Davies, Jones, Dowie emerge as Leicester favourites
Billy Davies, Dave Jones and Iain Dowie emerge as the frontrunners to become the new manager of Leicester City.

Billy Davies, Dave Jones and Iain Dowie have emerged as the frontrunners for the vacant Leicester City manager's job, according to BBC Radio Leicester.

Previous boss Sven-Goran Eriksson was sacked last week, despite the club being only two points off the Championship playoff places.

Martin O'Neill, who has managed the club during a previous spell, ruled himself out of the running on Thursday.

The club's Thai owners have said that they are in no rush to appoint Eriksson's successor.
