Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has admitted that he is "very disappointed" with Thursday's 2-0 defeat to Zenit St Petersburg in the Europa League.
The Reds conceded two second-half goals in Russia during the first leg of their last-32 tie.
"We are very disappointed to have lost the game," Rodgers told BBC Sport.
"We had the chances to score and we were defensively solid so to concede the goals in the last 20 minutes was very disappointing."
Liverpool welcome Zenit to Anfield for the return leg on February 21.
