Craig Bellamy will be handed the Welsh captaincy for tomorrow's fixture against Costa Rica.

Craig Bellamy will lead out Wales for tomorrow's Gary Speed Memorial International against Costa Rica.

The Liverpool striker has taken over the captaincy duties from Aaron Ramsey, who was forced to withdraw from the squad with an ankle problem.

Bellamy last skippered his country against Montenegro in September 2010, before going on to resign from the position in December of that year.

The 32-year-old is widely expected to retire from international football at the conclusion of Wednesday's friendly.
