Kenny Dalglish admits that Liverpool need to address their goal scoring situation.

Kenny Dalglish has admitted that Liverpool need to address their goal scoring situation, but says that the Reds "will get there".

Liverpool have scored just 21 goals in the Premier League this season and Dalglish says that he is still looking for solutions.

"We just need maybe the Kop to blow one in or the opponent's keeper to throw one in for us. That would help," he said.

"I don't think at the goal scoring end, we have been prolific at any time, but we will get there.

"As we said before, we have got a huge part to get right and we will continue to try to put the finishing touches to it."

Andy Carroll is likely to face his former team when Liverpool take on Newcastle United tonight.
