Both Liverpool and Luis Suarez have been given more time to respond to charges that they broke rules set by the Football Association.
Striker Suarez has been charged with improper conduct for allegedly making a one-finger gesture to Fulham supporters at Craven Cottage last week.
In the same match, Liverpool have been charged with failing to control their players following their reaction to Jay Spearing's red card.
The length of the extension is not yet known.
