Fulham have confirmed that they are "now in a position" to announce that they have signed winger Manor Solomon from Shakhtar Donetsk.
As a result of Russia's military invasion of Ukraine, non-Ukrainian nationals currently tied to a Ukrainian club have been given permission by FIFA to suspend their contracts in order to play football elsewhere.
Solomon activated that option, allowing him to leave Shakhtar Donetsk, and the Israel international has now penned a deal to represent Fulham during 2022-23.
Since moving to Shakhtar in January 2019, Solomon has contributed 22 goals and nine assists from his 106 appearances in all competitions.
As it stands, the agreement is a one-year loan, and the situation will theoretically be re-addressed at the end of the season.

Staying on the topic of newly-promoted Premier League clubs and Bournemouth are allegedly attempting to strengthen their squad with the acquisition of a Liverpool youngster.
According to the Daily Mail, the Cherries are contemplating whether to try to sign Sepp van den Berg on a season-long loan deal.
The 20-year-old has spent the last one-and-a-half campaigns on loan at Preston North End, making a total of 58 starts and three substitute appearances in the Championship.
With no notable departures from the Liverpool backline, the Dutchman is unlikely to be given any game time should he remain at Anfield, aside from in the domestic cup competitions.
However, Scott Parker is seemingly prepared to hand Van den Berg regular action on the South coast if an agreement can be reached.

Down in League One, Sheffield Wednesday boss Darren Moore has been making major changes to his squad in a bid to earn a return to the second tier.
According to The Star, the Owls are also attempting to pull off a major coup with the addition of Rangers forward Kemar Roofe.
The 29-year-old has spent the last two campaigns at Ibrox, contributing 34 goals from his 72 appearances, the last of which was as a substitute during the Europa League final in May.
Despite Wednesday's interest, it is added that a deal remains "unlikely", the player likely to receive interest from higher divisions than League One.
However, Roofe is no stranger to Yorkshire having spent three years contracted to Leeds United earlier in his career.

Although Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has consistently stated that he will not be signing any more new players this summer, the Premier League giants continue to be linked with Matheus Nunes.
Sporting Lisbon are said to be open to a sale for the right price, that figure said to be in excess of £45m with the likes of Chelsea and Wolverhampton Wanderers having also been credited with an interest in recent weeks.
However, Sporting boss Ruben Amorim has strongly hinted that the Portugal international will not be departing the Primeira Liga side this summer.
As quoted by Record, Amorim said: "I'm happy that Matheus Nunes is still here. I'm happy that Sporting's players, as Matheus Nunes, reject offers that would change their lives to stay at Sporting. This is my reality, I am very happy with my squad and my players are the best in the world."
Nunes still has four years remaining on his contract.
