Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says that he "knows" that Mohamed Salah will still be at Anfield next season, despite alleged interest from Real Madrid.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has claimed that there is no chance of Mohamed Salah leaving Anfield during the summer transfer window.

Salah is currently nearing the end of his first campaign with the Merseyside giants but Real Madrid have been credited with an interest in a player who has netted 38 goals in all competitions.

However, despite the possibility of a big-money offer, Klopp has dismissed any suggestion of the Egyptian being sold ahead of next season.

At a press conference, the 50-year-old told reporters: "People ask me will he leave. I don't think about it. I'm not confident he will be here next season. I know he will be.

"It's only because people keep writing about it. We have a chance to create something here for the future."

Salah still has over four years remaining on his contract at Liverpool.
