Liverpool reportedly join the race for Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar, who continues to be linked with Europe's biggest clubs.

Liverpool have reportedly joined the race for Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar.

Skriniar is widely regarded as one of the best centre-backs in European football and a host of clubs - including Manchester City and Manchester United - have been linked with his services.

The 24-year-old's agent, Mithat Halis, claims that both Real Madrid and Barcelona want to sign the Slovenian in this summer's transfer window.

According to TEAMtalk, Liverpool are also very much in the race for the central defender, who joined Inter from Sampdoria in 2017 and has made 76 appearances for Inter in all competitions.

Skriniar will see his current deal at San Siro expire at the end of the 2021-22 campaign.
