Paris Saint-Germain to move for Liverpool's Jordan Henderson?

A report claims that Laurent Blanc will look to bring Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson to Paris Saint-Germain when the transfer window reopens in January.

Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson could be the subject of a January transfer bid from French champions Paris Saint-Germain, a report claims.

PSG manager Laurent Blanc, who allegedly wants to strengthen his midfield, sees the 25-year-old England international as the perfect candidate to join the Ligue 1 club, according to Tuttomercato.

One of PSG's current midfield players, Blaise Matuidi, was recently linked with a move to another Premier League outfit in the form of Jose Mourinho's Chelsea.

Liverpool captain Henderson, who was recently ruled out of action for up to eight weeks, has made just two Premier League appearances so far this season.

The former Sunderland man played 54 times across all competitions for Brendan Rodgers's side in the 2014-15 campaign, scoring seven goals.
